I use a white background in Word, but that doesn't have a hell of a lot to do with AutoCAD settings which, even though you're about to argue about, we both know is what this thread is about.

No, I know how to turn it on and off. What I was asking is: "Is there some really great reason to leave it on?"

Just for shiggles I set my cursor to full size and found that I like it a lot for 2d work and annotation.

In 3d it's hellaciously suckage, so I switch it back down to a smaller size, but I gave it an honest go with 3d, still.
