Well that rules out the antivirus
You might see if they can run filemon on one of the folders

Set it up only to watch that specific folder and to ignore network file access that way you only see local server apps accessing the data in there. It shouldn't create a big log file even if were to run for a day or two. That will let you determine if there is some program that is interfering locally with the files.
Outside of that it's either your local pc or something network related like you've already established

I had mentioned that I have to profile accounts both with admin rights. Well, with the two profiles I have two separate stations. One useing each profile.

Things are fixed! We rebooted the server and things seem to be fine now... :ugly: Just want to thank all that looked at this and took the time to give thoughts! Its always appreciated..
