AutoTurn Grievance

We have had AutoTurn 4.0 ever since I've worked at my current company. We continually have issues with the license file becoming corrupted (apparently a "glitch" in the software). When this happens we have to overwrite the license file and get a new authorization key in order to use the software again.
Has anyone else had this issue and have you figured out a permanent fix for it?

Anyone know how to crack the code for the authorization key?
