I don't know... It sounds like it could be something like "Use Object Lineweight" or "Use Object Colour" on one or the other machines.

Don't mean to ask stupid questions but when you're changing the settings, you're selecting all of the colours, right?  Not just the top one?

Have you copied the ctb file from one of the good computers to the bad one?

What's in your startup LSP routine?

Yes, it is a long shot, but at this point I'm grasping at straws :\

yes, i copied the ctb file. All 4 machines are supposedly exactly the same.

I even checked the "screening"... all 255 colors are 100%.

In the table view of your ctb file, do any of them have "enable dithering" on?

In Startup suite, I have loaded:

COPYROT.lsp
fix_qleader_reactor.lsp
revspline.lsp
steel.lsp

What do you have at the bottom of your acaddoc.lsp or acaddoc2008.lsp (or w/e version) ?

I'm pretty sure I'm out of guesses.

You know the sound when you're sucking at a straw when there's no pop left in the cup?  Yeah... that's what I'm getting.  :)

Just out of curiosity, have you tried re-adding the printer on the machine that isn't like the others?

(Sorry... I instantly had this pop in my head....)
