MT did you get the new one?

Don't have gmail open at the moment .... I'll go check in a minute.

I set up a new tiff printer using the uncompressed and got 32mil colors

Same here. It produced a nice image of 263MB too! Windows choked when I try to print it. :-)

DOH!
Everyone has a photographic memory, Some just don't have film.
They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy Bacon and that's a close second.
Sometimes the question is more important than the answer. (Thanks Kerry for reminding me)

This is what worked the best for, thus far, making an image from a layout in AutoCAD.

My drawing had one layout of an ANSI D sheet with title block. I made a copy of the layout and selected the PNG printer I had setup earlier. The following image shows the settings I used in the Page Setup dialog.

Thanks for all the input guys!

the 300 for those that dont know was for dpi.  I experimented with 600dpi, but it wasn't worth the overhead

Generally for professional printing, 300dpi is the minimum requirement for good quality printing... that's coming from an art printing background more than anything, though, so ymmv.
