error message on startup

hey all i get a message sometimes when i startup a session that reads:

Assignment to protected symbol"
acet-fscreen-toggle
Enter break loop?
yes no

what could be causing this and how do i get it to stop? thanks

mark it happens when i open acad. i tried to follow the links to the acettst1.zip file but i'm not a subscriber so it just took me to the intro screen.  :x how can i fix this??? thanks

Maybe we can get somebody to send you a newer version of the Acettest Fas file. I don't have one because I don't use the bonus tools!

the freaking network at work went south the other day and out "IT Guy" (junior engineer ...he even volunteered!) can't figure out what's wrong.  I can only check in on tue. & thu> before class. what a pain!
