Combine DWF files to a multi-sheet dwf

I am wondering if it is possible to combine multiple dwf files to a single multi-sheet dwf using the design review API.  I'm sure it can be done, but assume it will be easier with design review.

I'm not looking for a complete solution, just a nudge in the right direction.

I know design review has a batch print plugin.. but as far as the api for it goes.. I've never messed with it.

I'm beginnng to think it can't be done with the API, so I guess I'm stuck with the toolkit:-(
