That question will depend on the users hardware to some extent, and their preference for speed vs quality of display.

No Adaptive degradation, Performance Tuner is managing the config.

What are you trying to achieve?

Speed is my main concern.  I'm a little confused on getting the most out of my video card, quadro fx 3500.  Is the open GL what I want selected, I've also installed the FX Powerdraft driver.  Its kinda slow plot previewing and switching tabs.

Open GL isn't technically correct, as Autodesk decided to support the Windows Video Standard (DirectX) and NOT Open GL.
