I tried that but it isn't working for me.

I also tried copying a block, changing the scale factor to 1 then running it but still no dice.
Can you post a small sample of a drawing that it didn't work for you on?  I want to see what it is doing wrong.

scrap that, looked in the block editor and there was an dynamic base point parameter.
So cool that works, and is why it wouldn't work last time for me either.
