Please test my ARX
« on: July 16, 2007, 10:25:24 AM »
This is my first attempt setting up a project using Owen’s VC Hook Utility,
screwing around with the entry point and using VS2005 SP1.
Anyway I have attached one for 04-06 & 07-08 32bit. Please let me know either way

Thanks a ton

commands to test with

Code: [Select]
(crptextbox "Title" "Label" "Default Text")
(crpintbox "Title" "Label" 12)
(crprealbox "Title" "Label" 12.23)

(crpiniset "Section" "Key" "Value" "FilePath")
(crpiniget "Section" "Key" "FilePath" ["default"])

(crpdriveserialno "c")
(crpfilesystem "c")
(crpdrivetype "c")
(crpdrives)
(crplistlisp)

(crpSetClipboardText "How yuz doin'")
(crpGetClipboardText)

(crpSetCursorPos '(0 0))
(crpGetCursorPos)

They did not crash my autocad 2005 nor the 2007.... appears to work sir.

Just curios, what the vchook does?... it will compile from visual studio 2005 the different versions, without the need to open for example VS2002 ?

Great , Thanks for testing these for me  :-)

It does exactly that. Here is a sample output from VS2005. It’s a real time saver. There are a couple small issues, for example you would need to use _tprintf  instead of _tprintf_s because VC7 doesn’t recognize the new security enhancements. Anyway, Its awesome!

Thanks Daniel;

I have my custom calls in the StdAfx.h and I only write code in VS2005, if I need a version in VS2002, then I just simple start a new solution, add the included files, replace with my StdAfx.h, and run the compilation.

So, far no big issues, that way I do not depend on an external utility, but that's just me :)

Sure, I know what you mean, I am just trying to learn all I can from Master Owen!
