Can someone post the new ARX for OpenDCL (18)?

I currently don't have access to it and need it.  For some reason, I can download files from TheSwamp but not other sites.  Odd.

Post a link to it, and I will see if I can download it.

Edit:  SourceForge is down right now for maintenance.  Maybe someone who has it can post it.
