so, now they introduce all the clones for the vl- vla- vlax- vlr- _vl- ...

and also appears to be the same names... any idea if you can compile now as fas or vlx or in something similar?...

It seems that there is no vlide or ability to read .FAS or VLX files. It’s all in beta now so I would expect there are still issues, this version is also supposed the be the version  that works with DRX(ARX)

There appears to be a lot of "as in AutoCAD" statements in their readMe.

Interesting. I threw some cursory visual lisp (walk some of the collections via vlax-for) at it and it seemed ok.
