Opening an Acrobat file with a known password
« on: April 26, 2007, 06:40:23 PM »
I wonder if it's possible to open a password protected acrobat file using VB6 . Ofcourse , given the fact that we already know the password . I came with this idea being based on the fact that the same thing can be done for the Access password protect files , so this maybe is possible for Acrobat too .

Edit :
I forgot to specify that I don't want to do that obligatory through a VBA form . I am the same satisfied if I could do that with the default PDF viewer . The main problem is how to specify by code the password , not how to open the PDF with the default viewer .
