removing modify Properties palette

Hello all, :idea:

I want to remove Properties palette. mine is Autocad Map 2004.means even if you type properties or selecting the entity it should not display the details. Other than undefine the command I want a way to remove it.

I'm guessing here, but I wonder if it's part of  an ARX app? You could then possibly unload it. do a ARX command then choose options, and maybe classes.
