Maintain Setting of Autocad's file Dialog Boxes

Does any one know how to maintain Setting of Autocad's file Dialog Boxes?

I have some users that want to unchecked the SIZE & Type fields.  We can un-check and reorganize them how you want for the current AutoCad session.  Shut down Autocad and restart and the settings are back to defaults.

could you set them via a custom menu via the mnl file?
