didn't read this whole post (might be redundant..sorry) had to buy used off Amazon, but have had good luck w/ "autolisp in plain english" by George Head.

"autolisp in plain english" was the first book i read and was quite helpful. borrowed it from state library.

I'll keep an eye out for that book too, I actually have an R12 book around somewhere I found at a second hand book store many years ago but it's in storage, I'll have to dig it out too.
