http://www.mapps.org/
http:www.teraserver-usa.com (These are mainly B&W though)
I've found a site that just covers Mississippi. We don't do much out-of-state off the internet. It's generally to old. We use Atlantic Aerial Survey out of Atlanta for current imaging. They provide 1st order photography with their little Lear jet set-up.

If you order negatives from usgs they can blow up to about 1:500
