TABLEPRINT8 ....dll files missing.

Hi all,..

i'm looking for a CTB printing program...and i've found TABLEPRINT8...from AutoDESK.
but to many DLL file are missing...

1) plotcfg8.dll   OK ! Downloaded from http://www.dlldll.com/getdll
2) heidi8.dll    OK ! Downloaded from http://www.dlldll.com/getdll
3) plotcfmgr.dll  ?? I CAN'T FIND THIS ONE !?

If someone have the complete program.....or if you'r using another one...
can you share with me ?......
