why a can not open more than one file

Maybe I do a mistake and because I only can open one drawing , like it was on CAD R14
Using 2002 on w98 se
Location @ Córdoba Argentina Using ACAD 2019  at Window 10

You mean that you cant seem two open two drawings simultaneously?Have you tried tiling them vertically or horizontally minimizing/maximising them?Whats on your command line,does it say it hasnt opened?I reckon youve changed the SDI system variable.Set it to 0 rather than 1 if you want to open multiple drawings,known as the Multi Document Interface (MDI).

 Yes it was the SDI variable it was set to 1.
