You must supply more information & perhaps a sample drawing.
Are all the plines on a single layer?
Are they at a single elevation?
What is the maximum gap?
Are all the plines to be connected?
Is there only supposed to be one start & one Stop for all the plines?
The more I think about it the more I think a sample drawing will be required.
