The pgp files are still there . . . the trick is finding the one you are using to edit. It seems like they have a pgp in 2 or 3 different places lately and the first one in the search path gets loaded.
I have no idea how LT justifies its existence or how people work with it, but many members here seem to do just that - apparently by writing long macros. I would think it would make more sense to examine some of the Intellicad alternatives instead of LT. ProgeCAD and BricsCAD are both very good packages. BricsCAD is customizable to the extent that it can run EaglePoint civil design software.
