Topic: What software should I use?

My company designs irrigation pump systems. What would be the best program to draw these in 3d? Also, what sites can I go to to obtain a library of parts (fittings, pumps, hardware......etc)

I drawn my own 3d on ACAD 2002  and get others from vendors.
