Yeh if you had the complete version the BTRIM (express tool) would accomplish this.

Well, what I came up with was a macro button.....

^C^Cbr;\f;

Its using the break command.......... If you are using full blown autocad, Ive noticed that you may need to add a ";" at the end (thats if you just wanted to try it, cause you got BTRIM lucky dawg)..... but it works fine with LT.

Isn't that the "Break at Point" button? (Modify toolbar)

Yeah pretty much..... but I wanted to take away the action of picking "f" for first point. Nothing big, just wanted to know if I am missing a command in LT......

i dont think it would. Cause the express tools are alot of lisps and lisp isnt enabled in LT. --Does that sound about right?

BTW, I Never used LT but i think i would much rather use Intellacad or something that will allow me to use a custom solution language. That "no lisp" thing would bug the crap out of me!

Never mind lisp -- it's the lack of object snap tracking that bugs the heck out of me. I feel crippled trying to draft without it. I can understand leaving out a lot of the customizing abilities for a cheap package, but that's a basic drafting tool!

and what is this osnap tracking I been hearing about ....
just kidding ... I don't use it because of the style and type of drafting I do....
