General swamp questions

I wasnt sure where to put this.

i haven't been here in awhile and i was wanting to upload something to the pond but when i go thereit asks me to login and i do and it keeps asking me. so how do i upload now?

also i noticed that there is now a blocks library but where are the dynamic blocks. i have a bunch i could share if an area was available. actually that's what i wanted to upload an get advice on  :?
