Please,please you do not decrypt .DES files, you do not develope DES-decryptor.exe files, because you lockdown 50%VisualLisp, in entire all internet- market.(e.g.eBay.com, Amazon.com) and Java will be the BEST-of-Best programming language in year2025.
If you wish , the you can encrypted .file directly inside ascii-lisp As js_ldc21. After  you  make programe.DES from js_ldc21.lisp. In this mode, you doubleEncrpyt --> the programe.DES.
