is there any method to link any functions with any property?

I mean, is there any method to emulate parametric constraint functions, equations or formulas with any value in AutoCAD?

when you create any dynamic block you can add a constraint and edit their values, is possible to link between values for emulate constraints?

...for example, link a text to the elevation of a polyline, or link a block attribute value to one line length.

close, I am searching for something like fields for text, but I want to link any value, for example, length line with elevation or polyline, I mean not annotations, just propertie values.

I forget to mention that there is an object that can do what I mentioned, ARRAY objects, this can be linked to parametric constraints

is this possible to be replicated in another objects?
