Im trying to find a FREE program
to convert DWG to TIFF...

any suggestion ?

TIFOUT can't export Xref..

we have to bind before..

I think you will have to bind either way, unless you plot to tiff

I just checked, and you can set up a Raster plotter as a tiff file
