Which one do you consider correct for symbols like a 3-way.
These are using MEP defaults and both parties agree the designator("3") should be read left to right from bottom or right side but disagreement on if the "3" should rotate position with the Switch.
Should the "3" will always be to the right or Above the "S"
If you look at pic the second and third set is what they are arguing between.

i don't do electrical, but would vote for 2, keeping symbols in the same internal orientation regardless of the symbol rotation.
