New computer won't let me in swamp

I guess this one's for Mark.

Whoopie, I got a new computer here at work.  But I can't stay logged on to the swamp.  I have to manually log in every time.  Also, I don't have access to all the forums.
Maybe my IT guy has tightened the noose just a little?

Anyway, thanks for your help.
