Create a way so that when you hold CTRL+MiddleButton, you can rotate your model in 3 degrees of rotation about the current UCS 0,0 just by moving your mouse around.

I have a Spaceball 4000 FLX,  I can do this already with no code (at least none that I have written)   8)
