I am not using myself but we have a project in house that other deign firms for the project are up and down the east cost are using it. It is our first time using it and I have not heard any complaints from that end of the office.

We use it to distribute all our projects to outside G.C.'s and vendors. It's a bit pricey for small companies, but it saves us a boatload of money in shipping and printing costs.

We did some work for a large school system and they implemented. We went to training classes on how to use it and everything about it. It didn't last long because no one would use it.
It wasn't a bad tool, just wasn't the way we did things.
