Does anyone know where workspaces are stored on the system from an administrator's point of view?

That's where mine is, anyway.

Workspaces are stored in CUI files. In order to use a workspace, it has to exist in the "main" CUI file (as opposed to any enterprise or partial CUI files), but transferring them over from a partial CUI is easy.
