Hey Hudster...that controls the percentage of zoom (I think) but right now the scroll wheel isn't zooming??

that has to do with the mouse itself i believe go into your mouse setup and reset the wheel

Certain mice will only work if you press ctrl at the same time as scrolling.

MBUTTONPAN controls the middlebutton realtime panning feature, not the scroll zoom feature.
Has it worked in the past?
Does it work in other drawings?
Is the view set to perspective?

ronjonp - you prolly have solved the problem by now, but if not, go to the 'Wheel button' topic posted by VerticalMojo in this forum which has a post which fixed this problem for me.
