How to import .Net Functions (LispFunction) to Lisp-VLX, build with a separate Namespace ?

Ok - (vl-arx-import) with no Arguments does what i want, but i can run my LispFunction once only.
Second call generates a Stack-Overflow ??? - Hm, whats going wrong ???
