Just looking at the path on that message . . . did you install to default location? Also did you install from DVD or did you copy the disk to either network or local and install from there? I had much better results copying the media and installing.

I recommend getting Sincpac on there as soon as possible, I've been playing with his newest version and it really expands the features of the program.
