Does anyone know where I might obtain a 3d solid model of a pelton wheel ... if you don't know what one is, then you probably don't know where I can get one ...

The only specs I really care about is that it needs to be 3" in diameter ... the number and size of buckets should be appropriate for the diameter.

Will this be for graphic representation only? Reason: I'm not going to spend too much time on it, just something rudimentary. Is this copacetic?

Actually it will be used to model a minature version for a science project ... I could not find anything anywhere that would allow me to actually dimension and build the thing. .. so I guess the answer is that it doesn't need to be too elaborate, if I knew the size in relation to the diameter (i.e. number of buckets, spacing of buckets, thickness of material) then I would model one myself ...

I only have 2D real thing in outlines. 162+ inch in diameter, 22 buckets. Do you want it?

Yeah, troy I Googled it too. Keith, I'd be learning just the same as you, so unless you really absolutely need me to do this, I'd rather focus the rest of my attention today here at work on actual "billable" work.
