I recall seeing a reference by Reinaldo, but not the source.

I suppose that is possible. I had assumed it was probably linked to in a discussion at the vault, but I used to frequent some of the discussion.autodesk.com groups as well.

I think I'll do a little poking around to make sure it's ok before I upload it anywhere.

As of this moment, I haven't heard back from him. If he doesn't ever reply to my message, there is still a chance I could get permission from his co-author, Robert Holt (assuming I can find a valid email address for him).

Sorry if it seems like I'm dangling a carrot.
