Just try save as.  DWG should be under the list as well as DXF.

fyi,

you have to get the big  boy version of visio. The lower cost version of visio won't have that option.

I've had reasable sucess by,

using copyclip in Visio.
In Acad paste special, select AutoCAD Entities.

As much as I hate to admit having this crapfest of a program, I DO have it on my computer and yes, it will convert .vsd files to AutoCad .dwg or .dxf format. 

Andrea, if you want, just send me the file, I'll convert it and send it back.  Just don't ask me to proof read it if it's in French.  I was born there but can't read or speak any of it.
