Title: Help recovering a dwg file

Can one of you that has an alternative to AutoCAD please try to recover the attached file? AutoCAD isn't able to find the error and it crashes after recovery. I'm hoping that one of the Intellicad flavors can open the file and do a save as. It probably got the footer truncated and I'm hoping that another software will not be using AutoCAD's file verification upon open.
