Title: Dimension toggle

Does anyone have a routine that will toggle dimtext with a leader into different quadrants as shown in the attached graphic.

I have done like set dim left or right but not with a leader, you can edit properties of a dim need to just work out what the variables are.

Can you post a sample dwg.
