Title: How to programmatically create new custom paper size?

I want to plot dwg to jpg use PublishToWeb JPG.pc3.But the size is constantly changing,so I want to dynamically create the paper size programmatically and then output as JPG.

There are no APIs exposed to manipulate *.pc3/*.pmp files where the paper sizes are configured.
