Title: Create Similar type command.
Post by: Lonnie on July 21, 2021, 03:11:56 PM
I've been in Revit more than AutoCad as of late. I keep doing the CS command because it's just so dang helpful.  I started to wonder how hard would some similar command in autocad would be. Touch a block and it copies the block. Touch a dimension and it copies it's style and moves you to the layer the dimension is on. Touch a circle and it defaults to the properties of that circle. It's just one of those Hmmmm ideas and I wanted to run it by you all as an exercise.

Better than half the time when I bring up my lisp here by the time you all get done with me not one line of my code is left. You all are so above me in this sort of thing it's not even funny.

Anyway what are your idea's on something like that?
