In the second link you posted, right below the 9.1.0 version download there is a link that takes you right to the 9.0.3 version.

- OK, I got the CHM to open correctly but it says DOSLIB 9.0, what's different about 9.0.3 ?

Look at the last item in the index of the CHM file "DOSLIB History". The minor release was just to allow support for versions of AutoCAD up to 2019. ~~I don't think he has it updated for AutoCAD 2020-2021 yet. Doesn't work for me in 2021. Sorry :-(~~

EDIT - Correction. It does work in AutoCAD 2021. My loading routine was just not working! The DOSLIB History in the CHM file is out of date!
