Title: MgdDbg for Autocad 2021?
Post by: Atook on September 22, 2020, 02:43:06 PM
Does anyone have a working copy of MgdDbg for Autocad 2021 they could upload for me?

The one for 2019 won't work, and I haven't figured out how to compile it for 2021.

Thanks huiz! And it works on MLeaders now! 8-)

Did you make this, or find it?

I took the latest version from here:

Jeff H was the last author, maybe he added mleaders, or it works accidentally good now  ;D

I just set the latest .NET version and did a rebuild for 2021.

I think I just commented out the lines that threw an error for mleaders.

Thanks Jeff! So glad I can trouble shoot mleaders now, that was driving me nuts..🙏

I used the swamp search feature, but couldn't find that link.

I checked the link in the thread huiz linked and it was for the 2019 bundle?

It's such a good tool, maybe it's worth a stickied thread?

That one was for 2019. I downloaded it in those days and because I needed it for own use in 2020 and 2021, I copied the VS projects and did a rebuild. I did not extend it or improved it, for daily work it is a fine tool (there is also something like that for Civil 3D). I mostly use it to examin Entity Data and NOD data.

It's too bad it is not an active project anymore for Autodesk. There is a project on Github but not maintained since 2017:

https://github.com/ADN-DevTech/MgdDbg

Feel free to fork that one and continue the good work :-)
