Does the Visual LISP extension also include DCL handling?

If you are talking about this extension it has very limited handling for dcl. Some color coding.

I think that GstarCAD's Visual Studio Code extension includes DCL. I haven't rigorously tested it out yet. When I do I'll come back and post my findings.
