Title: INTELLICAD assembly invalid load

I'm trying to migrate plugin from AutoCad to Intellicad and visual studio can't load DLL with message of invalid ASSEMBLY using Icad DLL instead of Acad DLL. I've tried NET Framework off all types unsuccessfully.

Does anyone helps ?
