Title: diesel expressions with before and after current tab

I was wondering if its possible to have an expression read the previous tab name of to the current tab and then the after tab name from the current tab?

If not, that's ok. Just thought I would ask.

Not with DIESEL, with lisp finding the tab before or after (getvar 'ctab) in (layoutlist) would be easy enough.
