Title: Need a Smart Block

Anyone willing to make a dynamic block from this. Just need 2 stretch planes. Save to ACAD2018 or less.

My ACAD 2006 quit working when I transferred my system to a new SSD & acad will not reactivate it.My Bricscad 18 Pro will not allow inserting parametric blocks, you need Platinum to create them.
