Title: Map 3D - modifying strings in toolbar of forms?

Map 2018, Industry Model, Oracle

I'm not very hopeful to get a solution, but nevertheless:

is there a (not too complicated) way to modify the strings which are displayed as tooltips in the forms? See attachment.

With Infrastructure Admin I can (de)activate them and get an "Info", but sometimes the strings are so inconsistent and confusing that I would like to modify them.

I found the strings here (German version):
c:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2018\Map\bin\de-DE\Autodesk.Map.IM.Utilities.App.resources.dll

I tried to open it with current "Resourcehacker" http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/
but there I get only header information.

Can this DLL get modified by a non-programmer-user?
