I'm developing a .NET app for AutoCAD and BricsCAD, and just flattened my dev machine. While setting up again, I installed VS2019 to keep up with the latest version. It's up and running, but seems pretty much the same to me as VS2015. My Resharper license only works in VS2015, and I'm half tempted to switch back.
Am I missing any cool new features or reasons to keep VS2019?

Resharper makes my VS 2017 & 2019 almost unusable. Takes for ever to open, freezes up, etc....

Good to know. If I keep VS 2019, I probably won't be buying a Resharper License. Do you find anything helpful in VS2019? A must have for CAD development?

For CAD, nothing specifically I can think of.

You might not be able to set the desired .NET version but till now Microsoft made SDK versions available.

Upgrade everything all the time. Getting hacked sucks, trust me. It's terrible. Take every security precaution you can
